Sleek Pointer Menu 2

This is an alternate version of the original Sleek Pointer Menu, one with a more trimmed down interface and with an arrow background that appears only when the mouse moves over a menu item. Inspired by the menu on Lealea.

sleek pointer menu needs some differentiation for page presently on as pointer is very subtle and the 2 pointers [static and moving] look alike and all the colors look alike --change either bg color or text color or even pointer color/shape of current page please!
