Glossy Vertical Menu

This is a CSS vertical menu that uses a thin, repeating background image that changes when the mouse moves over a link. The image is glossy looking with an indent at the bottom to create a nice separation between links.

you can place the CSS like so:

And HTML like so:

Also you can make the CSS an external document and use the <link rel> tag to have your webpage retrieve the CSS document.

it is very simple and effective...but if any one can help me because it works very well on firefox, but on explorer browser is not the same, there is space between the rows,

I get bullets to the left of the menu, as a condition of them being put in a list. Is there a way to get rid of the bullets and retain the links?
