CSS 3D Flip
Author: Dynamic Drive
One of the groundbreaking features in CSS3 is the ability to rotate HTML elements in 3D space. The below CSS code shows how to rotate a "2 sided" element either on its X or Y axis to reveal the content on the back side. Just move your mouse over the element to see the flip. The code works in FF10+, IE10+, Chrome, and Safari, with non supporting browsers simply showing the back side's content from the start.
A desert is a landscape or region that receives an extremely low amount of precipitation, less than enough to support growth of most plants.
