Default DHTML menu in <iframe>. How to force it to stay on top?

Hi all,

I'm using an <iframe> for a dhtml drop down menu. The problem is that the drop down goes behind the main page.

Of course I have added the z-index:1 both in CSS and in the div that the <iframe> is in.

I got the script Anylink, and here is the link
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamic.../anylinkcss.htm

Unfortunately I cannot show you the actual page because the test server has no internet access. but bellow is the bit of the code for the iframe.

<div style="z-index:1" id="iframe">
<iframe src="http://members.themortgagetimes.com/MemberArea/MemberMenu.aspx" frameborder="0" height="33" width="100%" scrolling="no"></iframe></div>

And here is the link just to see the menu.

please please help very desperate
