what exactly do you want to do wiith it... there is free animated sw around you could use. Or you could make it is flash as well.

if you can download gimp, you can make seperate frames and then save as an animated gif. gimp has many features and is also free.

Making an animated gif is very easy, the image doesn't go. all what you see are some images following each other according to the time you indicted/chosed.
see this is my first/only animated gif: ![]() this image above is composed of five .gif images, all of them have the same property: 237px x 60px. It looks like it moves from right to left, but in fact it doesn't move. the images replace each other. This depends on your talents and creativity. if you can draw well, you well make good animations.
