IFRAME scroller IE - text body not appearing

I completed steps 1 and 2 on page http://dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex...e-scroller.htm in order to have this scroller on my webpage. The text box appears on my webpage but the text body of information found in step 2 does not appear. What am I doing wrong.

I figured it out folks. It took me awhile but what I realized was wrong was that I hadn't made a separate and additional HTML code webpage.
