Usage Terms for menus in Zikula CMS module

3) Describe problem:
I use these menus in a module for Zikula CMS (zikula.org) (former PostNuke). This module uses the menus for generating a menu within a Zikula theme.

I describe here clearly that I used and slightly adapted the dynamicdrive menus to fit Zikula. Copyright is kept in the style sheets, js files and in the generated html file.
