This may sound dumb, but... buttons?

Yeah, I need help with coding buttons. I need buttons that have text, hyperlinks and display three different .jpg files: one mouseover, one mouse off,and one on mouse click. I really am stretched for time, like, James Bond-stretched for time. Help?
