    Default RSS feed trouble

Hi to everyone. I am a newbie and am trying to make my site as interesting as possible with a small space from my ISP. Anyway, i put some HTML on my site for a RSS feed, although it worked ok and looked good, the problem was when i went into my program to do some updates to my site. The feeder kept trying to connect to the site and causing the counter to log up a false count.
Is there a certain place to put this type of code, i just put it at the bottom of my home page. I have took it off for now but would like to put it and another one in a different page on my site.

Unfortunately, your counter would appear to log every connection to your site, rather than just the pages you specify.
I would suggest finding another counter. There are quite a few sites around that offer this service.
