I want a message board that only I can add people to leave messages. Hopefully something simple. My server doesn't allow php chi or asp. So does anyone have a way that I can use someone who is free to get a script from.

Ok I've been looking at it. I;ve tried something like it before/ many times. I Hate those. Let's say if I did have php, asp, or cgi. What could I do that will be simple?
