Your site is supposed to be validated by youself. Don't be lazy and do it youself instead of getting someone who has better things to do to do it.
That's not my site you dolt.Originally Posted by cybercoder

So what, no one should do something for you just to give you credit for it...btw I don't think it is right that you are abusing me since I am offering assistance on this forum.
Read the original post more carefully and visit the links before judging or replying you idiot.Originally Posted by cybercoder

The CSS validator defaults to the CSS 2 profile, whereas the opacity property is defined in CSS 3.Originally Posted by jscheuer1
If you use the advanced URI input, you can change the profile. The proprietary -moz-opacity property will still be flagged as an error, of course, but the opacity property won't.
If you care to look at John's post count, you will see that he's offered more help than any other regular poster (myself included). He's not in the habit of ripping people off, and far from lazy. If I understood the reason for his post properly, he was looking for the information that I posted above; a reason why an example from the W3C doesn't validate with its own tool.Originally Posted by cybercoder

Thanks Mike and Twey for the moral support, it is truly appreciated. And thanks to Mike for the solution to my problem validating pages that use opacity. However, it should be noted that the advanced file upload and the advanced direct input css validators, even though they have the same option for css3, are not as easily used in this manner, probably just a few bugs to work out, I guess.
