Help with Fold Out External Menu Script

I didn't know where else to put this, so here it is. I have set up a simple webpage and I would like to add the fold out menu. I copied the source from the menu file, but whenever I look at the page where the menu should fold out, all I have on the side is a scroll bar that runs about half of the page.
