Seeking for help on chromeless window
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...chromeless.htm
This script works fine with XP, even though I saw a note stating that
it does not work for XP. However, one question..... When full screen opens up, no matter what color I use for bkg color, it opens as WHITE which scares off viewers.
How and where about HTML I have to change the color ? or is this kinda like a bug for IE ?
Thanks for your help.

Depending on loading speed (connection and the time it takes for the screen to show up... browser delay) it will show white.
I think this may just be due to the default white color of IE.
However, it may be related to the background color of the page.
In which case, set <body bgcolor="#0000FF"> for blue, or whatever.
See if that helps at all.
If you aren't currently using a default color within either the body tag or css, then that may be the issue. Especially if you are relying on a script to change the window... that will create a bit of a delay.

Thanks for your advise !
Yeah....I set bkg #000000 everywhere I can think of, including
<STYLE>, but still pops up in blank white for few second then go on to
#000000. This really scares off viewers make them think that their puter
is crashing ! But one thing I did not know, is there such a thing as " default
color for IE " ?, and that is " WHITE" ? as you mentioned..... I really like this fullscreen viewing script, (* don't know why called " Chromeless window." )
but with this " WHITE-OUT" problem, I am not able to use it, I regret.
I also tried alternative, such as pop-up scripts, but none works, due to today's secutiry trend.
