Anyway...........I am building a webset. The background image is fixed while the toptile is transparent. I wanting to know how may I replace the text with images on top transparent tile with links(Next,View,Sign, Dividers..etc)while keeping the top tile transparent while only viewing the background tile.

Got the background image. The rest was complex. Just replace the text in that example with your images.

If you're asking how to code those images, it's an unrelated question for the most part, nothing to do with what the background is.

What do you want, exactly?
