    Where is the "head" section of my page and how do I get to it?

    It is at the top of the page.
    <html>
    <head>
    <title>Title of Document</title>
    //Meta tags, javascripts, php, css, and other codes can go here
    </head>
    <body>
    section with what people see. Pictures, words, any other type of content.
    </body>
    </html>

    Open your .htm file in an editor such as notepad, and anywhere between <head> and </head>, on its own line, put in the required code. Same goes for the body code, but this time you have to find the text or website control you want the script to appear next to. For this reason it might be easier to get a friend or relative to initially insert the code in for you, and then you could use a program like FrontPage for general website editing.
