Hi, if anyone can spare a second and let me know what I'm doing wrong I would much appreciate it.

The page I'm working on repositioning a div scrollbar is at:

Specifically, I need to reposition for Firefox on the PC and Mac platforms...I've been though a bunch of tutorials...the kicker is that the code works for some browsers and div ids, but not for others.
