Default need help with ASP form

Hi, can someone please help me either find a script that can do this, or tell me how I can get the script file that is generating the output file on this webpage:

    http://www.applemoving.com/appleform.html

I am sort of new to ASP, but have enough coding experience to understand what is going on when I see the code... I have studied the "getquote.asp" and understand how it works, but I dont' know how I could take the values from the first page and have it process so that a new html TABLE is made with the value's inserted to generate an instant price quote!

or if nothing else can someone please tell me if there is a way I can download the script file "/sendformemail.asp", so I can just see whats going on, i'm pretty sure this is the file that is generating the output...

    any help would be appreciated!

    Ask the webmaster.

The easier option is to look for a tutorial and code one yourself.

I've searched high and low on the internet for a tutorial that does this. I can find tutorials that explain how to make a form emailed somewhere. But I need one that will allow me to assign values to the fields and add them up to create an instant quote, that will first be output as a html or php page... then allow them to hit "submit" to email it....
