Accessing Iframes from external link

Hi,
I am using Iframes on my website to load multiple subjects to the center of my page.
I am using an external menu on the top of the page which allows me to load different pages into Iframes.
2 problems I have:
1. When I refresh it returns to the page it was defined as default, the one that's inside the main index code, and not the last one I chose through the menu.
2. Is it possible to access my Main page with a desired Iframe page using external link.
example: www.ttt.com/index.html?test (which loads test into the center of index.html).
I don't care in which form it comes.

Please answer me if there is a solution to any of these questions.
