Trying to Use Script In Shared Borders

I'm trying to use the Switch Menu found here in my shared borders but I'm not sure how to get this done. I opened the border called (left.htm), placed the code as instructed, viewed it and it looks fine.

The issue I'm having is why isn't it showing in my web in the shared borders section and what can I do to make it appear in my shared borders. I'm using MS Frontpage.
