having problem with slide show code

Hey guys, I am new to this forum and I am having a problem inserting a slide show to my site. I have done everything the site said and still can't seem to get it to work....any help would be greatly appreciated. It shows the forward and backward button, but doesn't show any of my pics. Thank you in advance for any help....
