Pop-It Menu Browser Compatability help

I am using the Pop-It menu on my site and it's working fine in IE but not working properly with Mozilla/Netscape. The script is supposed to work with it but it's not working and I'm having trouble pin pointing it. Any help is greatly appreciated...

Its only being used on the 2 links in the middle on the left column

I think it's because of the left column being in a table, and the right "frame" being a literal <frame>. It all needs to be on one HTML, as dhtml can't jump frames (easily).
