Please help with hv menu

Hi,

I have been trying to center the hv menu script on my page for past 2 days. I read couple of other replies on this forum and tried those nut it doesn't work. I am provoding the link of the url below. I would really appreciate if someone could look at it and tell me where I am going wrong. The main problem is that when I resize the window the menu bar goes on the left.
