more form help

ok...i got a form made up...

(it is just the form itself with nothing else around it at the moment.)

i have at this point followed the instruction as set out by my host www.0catch.com and by following some of what frontpage has done.

i want the form to send an e-mail of the information to reashlin@yahoo.co.uk but its not doing it. i have the server tell me it has succeded in sending it but i get no e-mail..? can someone have a look at my code and tell me what is up please

Can't really tell you if there's a problem in your code unless I can see the tools page on 0Catch, but I can't find it, probably because it's members only.

www.response-o-matic.com was recommended by cr3eative before, have a look at it, I think it does the same thing.

im not sure what the hell is up with the cde...its most likely just a small simple problem...
