Meta tag

Hi,


I am new to DHTML.How can the meta tag be used and how do we dynamically call the meta tag in .htm page.If anyone could help me in this,it would be of great help to me.I need to call a left frame in my .htm page using meta tag.

Meta Tags can be used for a wide variety of things but, calling a page is not their best use. If you are already using javascript to oversee the use of the meta tag, there are probably more direct javascript methods that would be more suitable. A more thorough explanation of what you wish to have happen would help.

I am willing to add a tag like this.Where will the definition of these metatags would be found in a project.whether i need to add the definitions of 'L1' in the javascript and then use them in .htm page?Any help would be appreciated since i am new to metatags.

This is not a correct application of the <meta> tag. Don't use proprietary Microsoft features.
