How To Load Another Web Site into a DIV??

I need to demo some ad concepts at work, and would like to layer over top of our other product web sites. Since I can't access their code directly I would like to load the web page into a div on my page. Then I can layer over it with flash.

Any ideas? All the tuts seem to be for loading another web page from your own site. I need to pull the content from another domain.

well... dynamicdrive has an ajax content script that will load whatever you want into a specific div at the click of a mouse... maybe that'll help you out....
