I believe I have solved the problem!! I went back through checking my table coding and <ul> coding and did a some 'fixing' and now my site seems to be working correctly in Chrome! Thanks for all the advice everyone!

Figured it out, FINALLY, yesterday! It had to do with my coding of the drop down menu. I had to add/delete some of the < li > < / li > and < ul> < / ul > (spaces added here on purpose). Like a bookkeeper was a cent off! Trying to find the needle in the haystack but, I did finally figure it out. Thank you for the suggestions!
