Hi Friends,

Whenever I connect my Camera to my Laptop I get the error Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. May I know how to get the issue fixed? Has anyone faced similar issue before?

I was able to get the issue resolved from here thanks a lot.

To troubleshoot the "hardware device not connected" error, check the physical connection, connect to a different USB port, restart the computer, update device drivers, and test on a different computer. Contact the manufacturer if the issue persists or consider a replacement if the device is under warranty.
