Conveyor belt scroller

For the entire picture to show in the conveyor belt scroller I have to change the pixels to 2500 height and 2500 width - and then of course you can't view the entire scrolling conveyor belt without using the slide bars to go down and over; it doesn't appear anything like the example on the website where I downloaded the code....if I leave the code as written then I get just the top of each picture scrolling across the screen.....help please

i'm not an expert, but i just put the conveyor on my site and had to adjust for size -- i simply added a height (as my width's varied).

The pictures are over a Mbyte big.. not good. Rather make smaller pics for the conyor belt script and have a link on another page for a high quality pic if someone wants it.... picture yourself with a 56k modem downloading a few med of picture that you might or might not want to view just to see the site!!!
