searchin g for a random picture slide show

Hi there,
I would like to integrate a slide show on my website with the following features:
1. pitures sliding through a banner - see screenshot1
2. pics should be random
3. above the slideshow should be a menue - screenshot2
This is the website where I want to replace the grey background with the slideshow:

Any suggestion and advice wellcome.
