    Lightbulb file uploading?

    is their some code i can get from someone that will allow me to allow visitors to upload files to my website directory?

    im using Apache/2.0.55 (Win32) for my website...

    and also if anyone knows html or other code that will allow me to use a mp3 file player on my site... not the windows media embeding thing,,, im using firefox.
