Online Image Optimizer code?

Hi,

As a 56k modem user, having to upload large images to the Online Image Optimizer, optimize them, download them and uploading them again to my webpage is kind of a problem. Is there a way I could download the code and execute it on my own private server in my machine? Or at least does anybody knows of a software that do the same as the "Online Image Optimizer"?.
