Hi, Issue that I was facing is I want to cut the background of my website home page banner on photoshop when I selected the background and make new layer there was an error occurred and the file was closed kindly suggest me the solution.

I am not sure if I fully understand what you are trying to do. If you are the owner of your website, you should be able to access all of the images on your website. If this is another website and you are having trouble extracting the image, try using your browser's inspect element tool. After you open it click on Network then Img then F5.
