Internet Amp does not work.

I am wondering why Internet Amp 2.2 has been listed as a new DHTML script. The credits show that it was last updated in 1999. It has huge potential, and have seen it on at least 4 sites...but it works on none. ( the preview is also non-functional.)
Has anyone gotten it to work?
