Default Same design structure for multiple clients' websites makes a copyright problem?

Here I'm talking about "design structure" not a clone design. Rather the content, graphics are whole different. As drafting a new design from scratch is somehow difficult though I manipulate my existing design structure and alter it as per client's requirement. Need to hear from experts, does it make copyright problems in future?
