hi frens...im newbie in web designing..
i hv 2 probs....:
1. i m placing an image in backgrnd ......
n it gets repeated in some browser n get clipped in some......

2.when im placing a table on tht image....n resize window...the table tries to be in window n moves...i want it not to move..n gets clipped as window gets resized..

plz help me out..
or plz refer any readings ..
