assistance with dynamic ajax content script, por favor

I’m using a highly modified version of the dynamic ajax content script found here:

when clicking any of the ajax links, new content is loaded into a div with overflow set to scroll. The problem is that if u scroll down to read longer content then click another ajax link to reload the div, the new content loads, but the div window doesn't refresh to show new content at top of box...make sense?
