Javascript Counter on other sites

I have a file to count how many people click on the links on my site going to other sites - my partner sites. ( I redirect my visitors to another sites. )
But, also my clients must have a manner to count / view the number of the clicks on my site to theirs sites. I think I should create a file to give them, to put on their site.
But this file ... what is his code, please help !

I wouldn't suggest a JS counter to do this because it is easily manipulated
