Menu script with external page for web site pages?

I have a large web site that will have a new web page almost every day.

Rather than the exhausting work of updating every single web page to show a new link and then uploading all those pages,
I am looking for a responsive menu script where all of the menu links are in one page (external) which can easily be updated with the new web pages and automatically then updates the menu of the web sites many web pages.

Which of the scripts would users recommend as the best overall for cross-browser, responsive use?

In order to create a menu on all pages, you just need to enclose its html-text in document.write (), put it in a .js file and call this file in a specific place on each page.
