Classic ASP and PayPal Express Checkout

Hello--I have a website and would like to add the ability for a person to pay for an item using PayPal. I've read thru some of the documentation and have decided it is best to bring in an expert that can provide the code and walk me thru the process.

I would like to use PayPal Express Checkout to include the item name, price, and a refund policy statement. Upon return from PayPal, the status of the transaction, confirmation of the amount processed, invoice number, transaction number, etc. (So I can store everything in the SQL database.) And the ability to initiate a refund back to the customer.
