Changing BG Color On Multi-Level Full Screen Menu

3) Describe problem: I don't know how to change the background colors or any colors for that matter, on the above script. Is it my web host's cache settings that aren't allowing me to see those changes or am I just not doing something right?

It was my host's CSS cache policy. I can't see changes made to my website's CSS until hours after I've made them. A great policy. Saves readers, if I had any at this point, a millisecond of time. Sorry if I've inconvenienced you, and thanks again for at least the opportunity to resolve these problems.
