Could somebody make this?

I was looking in my emails and had accidentally clicked on a spam link while trying to see if it was safe (by copy and pasting into a browser in virtual machine), and had gotten a virus, I have since got rid of the virus but would like some kind of script that could help prevent this, like some kind of "are you sure you want to leave the page" message for every suspicious link, is there a way to do this? I am not very good with coding myself so I would like to see if someone could make this kind of thing. Thanks!

Sadly, probably not. Just don't be too eager. It's very good advice whenever doing anything on the computer. Train yourself to take things a little slower.
