Contentfader auto-fade

Hello people,

I found this simple solution for fading content: http://www.javascriptkit.com/script/...ntviewer.shtml

For now the contents change only when clicking on the selectors.
Is there a simple function that can be added to the JS, that makes the contents change/fade automatically?
