I was trying to look out for a free HTML tutorial, and I found a great site at - URL removed by admin. Looks like spam. Anyone tried it out?

You wouldn't happen to be affiliated with the expertrating site would you, expertmaster?

Advocates invalid code. Not worth the bandwidth.
Twey | I understand English | 日本語が分かります | mi jimpe fi le jbobau | mi esperanton komprenas | je comprends français | entiendo español | tôi ít hiểu tiếng Việt | ich verstehe ein bisschen Deutsch | beware XHTML | common coding mistakes | tutorials | various stuff | argh PHP!
Advocates? I suppose but, also uses invalid code, even worse for a tutorial.Originally Posted by Twey

The Web would do well without it.Originally Posted by expertmaster

In all seriousness, if you still think that I misquoted you, I sincerely apologise.
Mike
I think he was just implying that it was more important that either the site itself or the examples on the site used invalid code, I'm not sure which. The most obvious answer would be that he was referring to the site itself using invalid code, which is the opposite of what I pointed out; however, I would disagree with this. The other possibility is that he misunderstood me.

I meant, that not only does it advocate, which is bad enough, it is itself an example of, invalid code. I thought that was clear enough, perhaps not. In which case, my apologies.
Maybe it would have been better if I had typed:
Advocates!? It is invalid!!
I still want my original question that I posed to the OP answered though. Why do we never see expertmaster and the owner of expertrating.com together in the same photograph?![]()
