Default Saving contents of a form

Is it possible to save the contents of a form to a file on the local hard drive?

I'm going to be running a demo of a (soon to be) live system. The demo will be run on a dedicated workstation, offline. I'd like to capture the information that the users enter.

This WILL NOT be used once the website goes live!

    Thanks for your help.

    Needs to be done server-side.

Twey- as I said, this demo is being done off line ... there is no server at this point. I know how to capture the information when the site goes active, I would like to capture it during the demo, if possible.

In that case, you can't do it. Javascript does not have access to the server's hard drive, as it is run client-side. That would effectively allow anyone write access to your hard drive, which is a fairly obvious security risk.
