Mobile Link Menu for Wider Resolution

Hi as you can see in this attached the top links wrap pretty bad if the resolution is at below 800px. Can someone please have a look at my code and let me know what file and code to change so that it does the mobile icon for the drop down links at 800px or below instead of around 767 px?
