Drag & Drop issues

Hello All,

Okay, I am using a DD script for a scrollable layer you can view it here:
http://www.mycarsonthenet.com/cbe/photos.php

Now, click the "down" link and you will see a box with "There are no latest vehicles" message. You can grab and drag this box.

My problem is how to I make it so you can grag that box OUTSIDE of the container area?

I noticed if I remove overflow I can move it, but then the scroll doesn't work.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
