Can I use HV Menu on a Word Press post

3) Describe problem: I am a physician and not a a programmer, self learnt to create some pages, I have been using HV Menu on many of my html sites. Can I insert it into a Word Press post? If yes, how do I do it? Thanks very much for help!

I'm not familiar with WordPress but I can tell you that the HV Menu doesn't function properly on mobile devices. If you tap an item having sub-items, then the sub-items won't go away when you tap outside the menu-area (which is something you would want to happen). This doesn't come as a surprise: the HV Menu is old and outdated. You'd better try a more recent navigation menu.
