Dummy needs HELP!

hi all am new here and hoped ya all could help me. I am a Dummy when it comes to HTML and such, I know a little and am learning, but I don't know enough to do what I want to do, I have used remote hosted scripts on my website and they work good,
here is where I am haveing a prob. my website is for buying and selling, all where my visitors can post their own links and ad's, what I want to do is have a flea market page where my visitors can rent booths, they have control adding pic's, info, price and a shopping cart or can add a buy it now botton, password protected, yet I can have some control too, I have looked for remote hosted, but I think I will have to build it myself, and I have no idea where to start. any help will be GREAT

Not sure if this helps, but tufat's $5 scripts has easy site bulder... it has e-commerce and shopping carts, paypal buttons and linking etc.
