HVMenu in page with IFrame and Form

Hi, I have a page with a HVMenu at the top. Below is an IFrame with a page containing a form with <select> tag.

The problem is that in IE the menu exends under the select element.
In Opera the menu extends under the IFrame.
I've got it working in Firefox by setting z-index on the style.

Please does anyone know how to fix this for IE and Opera.

Move the iframe away from the menu.

My case is i have a select menu under my hvmenu.

The child of the hvmenu appear under the select menu when mouse over.

how can i solve this problem???

p/s: this problem occur in IE, is fine in FF.
