Email Link

Not sure if this is the correct place for this ?

On my Ebay page i have a button with a link for my email.
When the customer clicks the link there email programme opens up but my email address is not prefilled in the To field.
It used to be prefilled but now Ebay must have something in place looking for the mailto code etc.
I currently have the code below but need a workaround or something that will allow my email to be prefiled in the customers message etc.

That reply then pointed me to my system.
Replaced the corrupt file in Windows live & now sorted.
